Both options are completely free! A scheduled in-store consultation takes place at a predetermined time, and you’re guaranteed our full attention.
However, you can stop in at any time the store is open and ask our team questions. If our team is available, we can work with you to provide guidance and recommendations, but we may be pulled away for other requests or scheduled appointments.

We work closely with you to ensure you are connected with a trusted, professional installer, pairing you with the right installer for your project.

Absolutely. We provide each retail client with 5 complimentary samples to take home, allowing you to see how patterns and colors look in your own light and environment. Additional samples are available for a small fee that will be applied to your wallpaper order.

We specialize in designer wallcoverings, including traditional and grasscloth options. While peel-and-stick isn’t our primary focus, we’re happy to guide you toward high-quality removable options if that’s the right fit for your project.

We recommend planning a minimum of 6-8 weeks prior to when you want to have your wallpaper installed. This gives us plenty of time to source the paper(s) that are perfect for your project.
If your project involves made-to-order custom designs, we suggest giving yourself an additional couple of weeks to ensure your wallpaper arrives in time for your installation.

Yes! If you already have a pattern or brand in mind, we can assist you with confirming quantities, placing your order, and handling any details to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
